EaT - American Pit BBQ

Our unique ‘3x3x3’ Matrix’ where you choose 3 Main Dishes and 3 Sides from the following Menu. We then prepare enough for your Guests so they can choose for themselves on the day.

Our Staff then serve the dishes to each Guest when they may then choose to have the dish either in a Bun, over Fries or Nachos, so there is plenty of choice.
Guests then choose Sides & Salads, etc. A selection of Sauces such as BBQ, Ketchup, Chilli, Mayo, Mustard, Chimichurri etc. is always available.

We automatically bring the Vegetarian Option around 10% of the total numbers of Guests.

Main Dishes:

Pulled Pork: Smoked Low’n’Slow on the bone and finished with BBQ sauce, Slaw & Pickle
St Louis Ribs: Smoked ‘fall off the bone’ tender and served wet with our BBQ sauce
Pork Loin: Sliced smoked Lean Pork Loin in Cider Sauce (or in a bun with stuffing & apple)
Chicago Dogs: Authentic Bratwurst in a bun with Traditional Chicago style dressing.
Frankfurter: Beech smoked German Frankfurter served in sub bun, relish & crispy Onion

Beef Brisket: Smoked and either pulled or sliced on a bun with sauces (market price surcharge)
Smokehouse Chilli: Chunks of lean beef in a Chilli Sauce with Crispy Onion
Beef Sausage: (Boerewors) Links of lean cut Beef sausage, slow smoked

Bourbon Chicken: Crispy Chicken pieces in a sweet/savoury Bourbon Sauce
Pulled Chicken: Shredded Chicken with a Cider Sauce
Chicken Fillet: Crispy Chicken served on a bun with Salad, Tomato & Mayo
Buffalo Wings: Meaty chicken wings smoked, served in a sticky BBQ sauce
Zydeco Stomp Gumbo: Chicken, & pork in a rich Cajun spiced hot sauce
